Wesley Silwamba
Human Capital Associate
Wesley is a Human Capital Associate. His role includes talent acquisition, staff on-boarding, drafting contracts, memos and policies, CV vetting and all HR compliance matters. He supports the Managing Partner on day to day basis coordinating and corresponding with potential candidates and clients.
He holds an LLB Degree and is currently pursuing his Masters in Labour Law from the University of Lusaka. He obtained a Post Graduate Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management from Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM). He is a team player and a valuable part of our organisation.
