Cynthia Zulu

Cynthia is a Zambian National who holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree which she obtained from the University of Zambia (UNZA) in 2012 and 2022 respectively. Cynthia is an advocate of the High Court for Zambia, the Supreme Court of Zambia, and further, an active member of the Law Association of Zambia.
Cynthia has undergone the following labor law trainings; Labor Law and industrial relations course; Understanding the Zambian Labor Law and termination of Contracts.

She has worked as a learner legal practitioner at the Legal Aid Board, an Associate at Levy Mwanawasa, and Company, Assistant Director/ Senior Legal Officer at HLB Zambia, director at Invictus Hill and currently a Consultant at Kestria Zambia which is the world’s largest executive search alliance. From current and past work experience she has gained vast knowledge in employment law and Human Resource.

Her areas of expertise include but not limited to Company Secretarial, Insolvency, Contract drafting and review, labor law advisory, development of contracts of employment, development of Human Resource Policies and Procedures, Human Resource Compliance and due diligence, general employment law consultancy, legal research, developing legal opinions on Human Resource issues.
