Lusungu is a multitalented intellectual. She holds a Masters in Business Administration - Human Resource Management (MBA HRM) from the University of Zambia.
Furthermore, she holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from the University of Zambia, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource & Training from the University of Leicester (UK), Master of Laws in Employment Law LLM from the University of Leicester (UK), a Degree in Human Resource Management (BSc HRM) from the University of Lusaka and Diploma in Financial Administration (DFA) – ZIBCT, BA (Honors) Business Studies – Finance Degree from Greenwich University (UK), Investment Advisors and Stock Brokers Course (ZCPIT) and General Certificate in Real Estate (ZIEA Levels 1 & 2).
Also, she is a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM), Institute of Personnel Management (Malawi), Institute of Directors Zambia (IOD), Institute of Directors United Kingdom (IOD - UK).
On top of her fifteen (15) years work experience in Human Resources, Lusungu also brings extensive knowledge of the Audit & Accounting industry, being a co-founder of HLB Zambia, a member of HLB International; and additional experience in the Real Estate industry in Zambia & Malawi under Seeff Properties. Lusungu is well knowledgeable in Human Capital Management, Finance Management, Real Estate, Employment Law, Corporate Law, & Immigration Consultancy.
